Each garment is meticulously crafted in Melbourne, and slight variations in colour, fabric, or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payments

· Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

· Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) Taxes are not applied to domestic Australian orders.

·  The right is reserved to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

·  Domestic and international shipping are offered. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

· While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

· If an item is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

· For change-of-mind returns, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the discretion of the brand, provided items are unworn, unused, with original tags intact, and returned within 14 days of purchase.
