Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. You may cancel your pre-order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, pre-orders cannot be cancelled as production and shipping arrangements begin immediately.
