Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days to return the item when received and too will get your refund, this will not cover shipping. If you return the item past 14 days this will not be refundable, Items can be exchanged for sizing but shipping cost will apply and you will be given a store credit once items have been returned.
All returned items must be logged on our online returns portal or lodge a return via email and has to be sent back to the provided address.
All returns are eligible for a pre-paid label on the returns centre, there you will find the cost of the return label, this changes depending on your location. We pay for the label upfront and deduct this cost from your returned goods.
Eligible returned items can be refunded via the original payment method or via store credit. Please log all returns on our returns portal to ensure our team can pick this up.
Items must be returned in their original state with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. This includes any duffle bags that were sent to you as part of our new collections. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn, damaged, smell strongly or delivered outside of the stated 14 day return window will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, items that are returned without their original tags attached will not be accepted.
Can I refund sale items?
Returns on sale items are accepted, our usual returns policy will remain in place.
Can I exchange sale items?

1. I missed a discount can I still get it?
Discounts are only available for the duration of the promotion and cannot be applied retroactively. Please subscribe to the mailing list to be notified of future offers.
2. Will sold out items be restocked during the sale?
Restocks are not guaranteed. For the best selection, shop early before items sell out.
3. Can I return items after the sale?
Yes. Sale items can be returned in accordance with the returns policy, provided they are unworn, unused, and with original tags intact.
4. How are the discounts applied?
Discounts are automatically applied at checkout. The reduced price will be reflected before payment is processed.
5. How long do the discounts last?
Each promotion runs for a limited time only as specified in the offer details. Be sure to shop promptly to enjoy the discount.

When will I get my order?
Items from our current collection in your shopping bag wont be shipped until the pre - order is ready to be sent, this will take 4-6 weeks from when the pre - order is made. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

All garments are proudly made in Melbourne, Australia. Local production allows close oversight of quality, supports skilled artisans, and ensures ethical and sustainable practices. How much does shipping cost?
For domestic shipping in Australia they are no shipping cost.
For International shipping it is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Store credit
If you use the store credit to place an order it is no longer able to be refunded back to your original payment method.
If you make a purchase with your store credit and return this order your refund will be returned to store credit.

The colour of the garment is different from what I have seen online?
Every effort is made to accurately represent colours online; however variations may occur from time to time due to screen settings, lighting, or fabric texture. Slight differences are a natural part of high quality fabrics and do not indicate a defect. For any concerns, please reach out directly for guidance or further information.

1. Shipping and delivery
Items from our current collection in your shopping bag wont be shipped until the pre - order is ready to be sent, this will take 4-6 weeks from when the pre - order is made.
Standard delivery takes 1- 6 business days and express takes 1-3 business days in Melbourne Australia. International standard shipping will vary from 1-10 and can take up-to 14 business days. Express international shipping will take 2-3 business days and can take up-to 5 business days.
2. Couriers that are used?
Australia Post for Domestic shipping and DHL or DHL express for International shipping.

Points are designed to enhance the experience of selecting full priced pieces from the latest collection and cannot be applied to promotional items.
To maintain the exclusivity and value of our rewards, points are only redeemable on full priced garments.

If you cannot sign into your account or are showing as an unidentified customer we would first ask to check you are attempting to log in using the correct store.
If you scroll down to the bottom of the page please check the currency. If the currency is not showing your usual store you will need to change this, you should then be able to log in as normal.

2. I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
If you've forgotten your password, it's really simple to get back into your account.

- Click the Forgot password link and enter your email address.

3. I'm struggling to access your website
